When you send us photos, description of the products and required information, we will;

translate the text into Japanese and process the photo to be suitable condition(adjusting the size, color or brightness etc...) |

arrange for you to be part of the showroom |

accept to attach maximum 4(four) photos on the first one page of the Showroom(as up to 4 photos is most suitable for opening the page without any delay)

*The photo is not changed for another one year and if necessary to change it, following extra fee is required. |

*Each Showroom has blank format for any requirement from the buyers and it comes up to our office to be translated to each Exhibitor. |

All of the order is gathered by us and put them through to the Exhibitors. |

The Exhibitors any time can provide us of the photo with description and we put them on the page accordingly. |

No limitation of the number of the photo for applying, but photos which exactly and clearly provide detailed information of any parts of the product and their description must be required.(See sample page)

When we inform the schedule of next opening of the Virtual Exhibition, you send us most recent promotional products description and photo. |

The Exhibition is not permanent and opened for 3 weeks per Exhibition. and above cost is required every opening of the Exhibition. |

The date and the term of the Exhibition is determined in consideration of schedule of Exhibitor's production. |

10(ten) photos are maximum for above initial cost and 2 or 3 pages are arranged for your promotion in Exhibition Center.
